Replacing CMOS Battery Optiplex 980
I need to replace the CMOS Battery on my OptiPlex 980 and could use some help. I have not found any tutorial online that illustrates the exact internal configuration as what I see in my computer and I don't want to harm anything. Could someone please walk me through, step by step, what to remove and how to remove it in order to access the battery. Start with the assumption that I know absolutely nothing about working on this computer other than how to take off the cover and how to discharge the static electricity. It would also be helpful to know how to touch, handle, take out, put back any panels, cards, wire harnesses, etc. that I will need to do of any sort. The four pics I have posted are in order of zoom out-zoom in. Thank you.

well ESD you said so I skip that
remove the AC power cord, this kills all standby power in the PC,
push front power button 3 times, 1sec. and see that fans and all LED are now DEAD<
never hot plug any devices inside any PC unless you do above.
that is it, do not put coin in , backwards, it is polarized.
