Screen is black after power on
I have an Optiplex 380 that screen won't boot up. When powered up it gives you a series of beeps but the only numbers that stays lit is the 3 and 4. Can you help?

Remove both memory sticks and insert only one memory stick back in DIMM 1 slot using proper technique. If still beep do it again. chances are memory is not inserted properly when beeping continuously. If no more beep and you get video, power off, disconnect power, drain power by pressing power button, insert the second memory stick.
