simple question : for motherboard E145483 ms0520

there are two numbers on the motherboard I am guessing this is the model number :

E145483 ms0520

other number is a sticker - 042p49 cn-042p49-70163 355-oevr-a01

bit of a NOOB question - the board has pci-e x 16 which has a discreet graphics in it .... and below there is 3 x pci-e x 1

can i buy a wifi card and put it in the PCI-e x 1 ?

it may sound a silly question but i have never had a board with pci-e x1 in them before ... i just need to know before i buy the card as i don't really want to cause hassle to seller by returning it . ( my gut tells me YES but i am not sure )
