Solid Green, 3 and 4 not blinking
Hi.
I have an old Dell 780 SFF and I started it without RAM modules, But diagnostic lights show that:
Based on Dell 780 Service Manual, When we start PC without RAM module, The diagnostic lights must turn on in following pattern:
This is my question: This is a normal error or no? How can I fix it?
In this time, RAM module isn't available for me; But if I must test it with a RAM, I will find one.(if that isn't a normal error)

I would not hang my hat too much on the Dell diagnostic lights. I found them often not helpful pointing to real underlying issue. If you test system without ram it should normally beep.1434

But just one beep is enough?(because I just hear one beep while PC is starting)

One beep is normal when ram is installed and system starting normally.

One beep means it says system halted unsupported video configuration.
MSDOS VESA Video mode 103 is required to display something like F2 bios setup. You can only use a legacy X16 video card. You cannot use M2 to PCI-E storage in the X16 slot nor can you use other storage or network controllers in the X16 slot. Its video only. Take out all cards and disconnect all storage then test with one ram stick and onboard vga.
System halted!
Attention: Unsupported Video Configuration Detected
Action is Required
This computer has an add-in graphics card, but the monitor is plugged
into the integrated video connector.
To attach the monitor cable to the add-in graphics card:
1. Shut down the computer
2. Plug the monitor cable into the add-in graphics card connector.
This may require a video adapter or video adapter cable.
(provided with the system)
3. Turn on the computer.
This message should not appear after completing these steps.
