The power button not working in optiplex 360
I have a device dell optiplex 360
I am facing a problem when I turn on the device, when I press the power button the device does not turn on, and the button does not light green or orange.
Months ago I got a message that the 2032 battery is weak and I need to change it. Do you think the problem is from the battery or what?
I will be grateful if you help me. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your reply
In your opinion, do you think the problem is from the battery (cmos)?
I will definitely change it, but I'm trying to figure out is there another possible cause of the problem to fix them both?

Two common possibilities: corrupted cmos settings or bad psu. 1st one easier and cheaper to test. Replace battery and then clear cmos settings by 360 motherboard RTCRST jumper.
if still no power, use a verified working 24/4 pin psu to test motherboard.
if still no power, dead motherboard is diagnosis of exclusion.
