Unknown black brick on Optiplex 7020

On the rear of an Optiplex 7020 there is sometimes a black plastic or rubber "brick" at one end where normally an external WiFi connector is mounted (see pic below). Could somebody please tell what this is, i.e. what is it good for and what it is called? Thanks!

it just blocks off access to the optional SMA antenna port

I think it is called a plug

this is for 7020Micro that already has the internal antenna attached to front bezel, so it does need a rear SMA antenna installation

I have seen Dell do this if there is a discrete video card installed and they would put a plug in the onboard video port to tell user not to use it.  In the case of Micro when there is internal antenna installed, the plug serves to tell user do not bother with external antenna connection.
