Upgrading an Optiplex 9020

Hello!  I'm trying to get a machine to play League of Legends with and decided on grabbing a local 9020 MT (70$) and upgrading it a bit.  I haven't built / upgraded a PC before, so this is all new to me.  I just want to check that the parts I'm considering will work.  The device I'm looking at has the following specs:

CPU - i7 4790 3.60 GHz

RAM - 16 GB DDR3 SSD

500 GB Samsung 870 EVO

My plan is to upgrade the PSU and put in a GPU.  I'm set on getting a

SeaSonic M12II 620 W 80+ Bronze (30$) and the adapter, and I'm considering a couple different GPUs:

MSI Geforce GTX 1660 Super (80$)
Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti (80$)
PNY Geforce GTX 1070, 8GB (100$)
ZOTAC 1050 (55$)
... these are all what I can find locally.  Any idea of which one is better / will fit in the case better?  I only plan on using this PC to play league and want to keep the build cheap, but I'd consider the more expensive options if it's worth it or is easier to resell later.  Also, if ebay's a better option, please let me know!  Thanks.

To be on the safe side the maximum GPU length you can use on OptiPlex 9020MT is between 9.5 and 10.0 inches.

Everything above that calls for drive bay removal. Removing the bay will free space and give you the option to use a proper (long) size version of the GPU.

For the MT model you can use GPUs with standard height.

Dell oem psu max is 365w (proprietary 8 pin). aftermarket standard ATX psu that has 24/4 pin can use a generic 24 to 8 pin adapter.

1660 Super may be best in your list

The oem psu is preferred for better cable management. Dell OEM 365w PSU =
7VK45 365w, Huntkey
T1M43 365w, Delta

Would drive bay removal require a drill?
