Upgrading Dell Optiplex 390 (SFF)

Hello this is my first time posting here.
I have a Dell Optiplex 390 (SFF) that I received as a gift from my old high school.
I have a dual monitor set up and it tends to slow down a lot when I try to watch a video and do something else such as browse Facebook. It especially lags if I watch a video in 1080p resolution and it slows down even more if it is in 60 frames per second.
Is there anything I can do to upgrade my computer to be able to handle watching videos/movies?
I do understand that it is an older computer but it's all I have at the moment until I am able to buy a better computer. I want to use this as a practice computer of the sorts.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I have barely begun to learn about computers and their parts.
If you need any more info let me know.

i can tell you that the optiplex 780 sff in normal condition (no hardware upgrade) can't run a 1080p videos only the 720p one he will run it but with some lags.

right now i'm doing some research to find a good graphics card that fits and work for that computer.

i'll let you know when i find it.

Any luck finding that graphics card?
I'm having a hard time finding one that is compatible with my motherboard.
I then tried to upgrade my motherboard but I don't know if it will be compatible with the case.
