Upgrading my Dell Optiplex 790 mt
I am trying to Upgrade my Optiplex 790 mt for as cheap but quality as possible. If you have done this before or have any suggestions for a Motherboard, Psu, or Gpu your advice would be greatly appreciated.

CPU can be upgrade to i7-2600 (Intel core 2nd gen) from i5.
do not get i7-2600k because Dell bios would not let you overclock.
If you have i7-2600, you can upgrade video card to GTX 970.
PSU always goes along with what kind of discrete video card you pick. AMD video card tends to ask for more power.
for GTX 970 you need a 500W psu that has two 6 pin power connectors.
AMD video card roughly the same as 970 will be RX570 (4GB).
