Inasmuch as your post is visible here, I would say try posting again. Did you see any other reason why you could not post?

New Inspiron 15 3000 and I cannot post a question to the Dell Community. The message reads, User is not permitted to post. I have checked Not A Robot, etc.

HI Anonimous. I hope to be incontact with you. I am prometeo 2008 and I have a pre-owned vostro 3360. I tried to contact the previous owner to get the windows password and the user manual that can teach me about this problems. In addition to that I also have the same BIOS problem. I push F2 and I got the BIOS screen but no single key works. It is locked. What I am suppose to do to gain control of my laptop. Ah BTW. I can see that the laptop has a fingerprint reader Uf!

I think it is because the thread I was responding to is seven years old and is invisibly locked. I would rather Dell say that rather than opening a text box and allowing me to type out a load of text and then refuse to accept it...🤪

I also got it to, I tried to post something and couldn’t
