Windows 11 Security in Optiplex 3060

Running Windows 11 Pro on an Optiplex 3060, when I open Windows Security the Device secutiry icon has an alert saying "Memory integrity is off. Your device may be vulnerable." When I click "Go to settings" The alert Memory integrity is off.  When I attempt to turn on Memory integrity Windows ashs me if I want to allow the program to change the computer and I click Yes, the screen flashes quickly and returns to the Core Isolation window that repeats the Memory integrity is off statement and says, "Resolve any driver incompatibilities and scan again." When I click, "Scan again" nothing happens and the alert "Review incompatible Drivers" statement appears and the window changes to show a list of options to get help. I have absolutely no idea what drivers I am supposed to be looking for to update, delete of add. To add incest to insult to injury I cannot get to the Dell activity I paid a bunch of bucks for a software support on the telephone. Help!!!

The problem may be in the pre-Windows system configuration, and thus, beyond the reach of Windows to fix.  To access the pre-Windows Dell system management system, first write the error down on paper for reference (and add "F2"):  then restart your computer and click F2 to enter that system.  The problem setting might be listed under various not-clearly-named tabs, but the Security tab is where I'd look first.  Hopefully, there will be a corresponding entry that you can toggle to change the setting in the motherboard firmware... even if so, you might subsequently have to also change the setting in Windows as well (as you have already tried to do)!
