Windows 32bits on dell optiplex 7040

Hello, I recently acquired a Dell Optiplex 7040 micro Intel Core I5 ​​6th generation computer. I must install a legacy application that only works on a 32-bit system, therefore, I changed the UEFI settings in the BIOS to enable it to load via USB with a Windows 10 32-bit ISO, I deleted the GPT partitions and remade them as legacy, I formatted it and installed this OS, but when I restarted the OS it crashed with a blue screen. What should I do so that the OS work properly on this computer, since I cannot install a 64-bit version?
