Fan Replacement

Does anyone know if you can use Silver Performance Fans for a PowerEdge R750 in a R770?  If not, is there a way to get the silver fans from Dell?  We have Gold fans in our R770 and they are too loud and we don't need Gold fans based on our configuration.
