1400 fan failure

The Fan on the back chassis of my 1400 is broken and makes a wierd noise.  Anybody know the part number so i can purchase a new one?

ahhh shoot i ment 2400.  I need to order the 2400 fan on the back of the chassis.  Is there a part number?

Part number for the rear fan in the 2400 is 378FT

You wouldn't happen to know the part number to the other fan that is right below the backplane board.  I want to purchase one of these to and just  get brand new fans going.
