Auto restart after power failure

Sorry I'm not in front of the computer in question but it is an older Poweredge 2200 or 2300.

Not sure of the bios but I am positive it is not the latest A07.

I will only flash the bios if I can get a power option to have an auto restart after a power failure but I can't find a changelog.

I'm guessing the motherboard won't allow this but I thought I would ask.
