Cable management arm "mounting ears" for Rack rails?

The images you provided are showing the inner cable mounting arm bracket, and also that you have it in the incorrect location. If you look at the manual found here, on page 5 section 1.3.1 specifies its location. Being the rear of the left side, since it is bracket A, where bracket B would mount to the right side rail.

Where the bracket is in that photo isn't correct, it would be in the very rear of the left mounting arm, not the slide. Those 2 posts would go into the chassis of the server.

I see what you mean and I guess it is a bad taken photo. It is taken from the front of the rack. So standing behind the rack the A bracket is mounted on the left side.(I guess that’s the correct place?)

However, where my other rails for my r720xd and r630 has two knobs vertically aligned these rails has the knobs horizontal aligned as can be seen in the photo without the brackets. 

So do I have the wrong brackets, cma, or rails? And how to fix it?

I'm sorry if I miss something, but I not sure what is wrong. Here is photos of the left rail from the back of the rack. I get that the two posts are for server mounting but where should I when mount the bracket?

I have found this manual that actually shows another type of bracket. A bracket that fit the two horizontal poles that are shown on my photos of my rails. It looks like my current CAM is not compatible with my rails. 

Here is how the bracket "ears" should look like (according to the manual, p.3)

So returning to my original question - what is the model number of these bracket "ears"?
