Hi folks,

 

I tried updating the ESM firmware on a 6300 and for some odd reason it can't find the Power Supply module.

 

I tried backing down a rev and now the machine can't find the Backplane.

 

Is there a jumper or a switch I can hit to clear out the firmware to start over?
