CSIOR
Hello,
I would like to ask a question about R620 server.
If I disable CSIOR and a hardware component of the server breaks down, would I be warned about this failure by the server or not?

CSIOR has nothing to do with hardware failures, so it will not affect that functionality.
CSIOR inventories the server hardware and displays a warning on boot if the configuration changes. It also has the ability to update firmware on parts that are replaced. You can read more about CSIOR in this white paper:

Hello,
do you mean that if some hardware component breaks down, csior will not display a warning on system restart? As I see this case, it would be a hardware change also.
