Hello,

The card wasn't validated, so it may still work, but I can't promise it. The documentation does say that only a single GPU is supported, however. The two cards I'm showing as validated are the Quadro P4000 and the NVS310 v3. Let me know if you have additional questions.

GPU card installation guidelines

Observe the following guidelines while installing a GPU card:

GPU is supported in the rack and tower mode configuration.
GPU can be installed only on systems that have 1100 W (recommended) or higher power supply units.
Each GPU card supports up to 32 GB of dedicated GDDR5 memory.
Supports one GPU on x16 slot (slot 3) with two processors on it
Specific GPU cards need the use of the dongle power cable.

GPU card installation restrictions

Supports only single slot GPU card
Supports only active (embedded fan) GPU card
High power (>75 W) GPU cards that use GPU AUX cable should have dual system fans without redundancy.

Are these still the only two GPU's that are "validated" to be supported?

My power supply is :

450-AJRO : Dual, Hot-Plug, Redundant Power Supply (1+1), 750W

Does this mean i need to upgrade it for the QUADRO P4000?

Does 'with two processors on it' mean it's mandatory that the system has 2 processors to use the GPU?

I have all of these requirements:

2 x 1100 W Power Supplies

2 Bronze CPUs

Available PCIe x16 slot (Installed a NVIDIA 1050 Ti)

Bought the GPU Cable from Dell

When I power on the Server, the power supply lights go back and forth between Blue & Red (one is blue, the other Red, then they switch). I can hear them "powering" up, but then power down - back and forth.

The cable for the GPU gets really hot.

Are there more settings like the power supply redundancy that need to be set?

Is it possible my Power source cant run the 2 PSUs at the same time with the GPU draw?

Any help would be appreciated.

I already purchased and installed NVS310 but still not working. I also downloaded the required driver but says "not supporter or cannot find hardware"

Would you confirm a couple things for me?

This is on a T440 correct?

Is the server up to date on BIOS, iDrac, etc?

Are you seeing any errors, if so what are you seeing?

What slot is the GPU installed in?

Is the system able to see the GPU itself?

Let me know and we can go from there.
