Dell PowerEdge 1750 max power consumption and amp usage

I'm trying to work out the max power consumption, in particular the amp usage of a Dell PowerEdge 1750.

I can't seem to find these figures anywhere.

Can somebody please provide me with them?

Thanks.

I found this in the technical specification (http://docs.us.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/pe1750/en/ug/5w862aa0.htm#1039239) :

Power

Power supply:

Wattage

320 W (AC)

Voltage

100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 3.9–2.0 A

Heat dissipation

1026 BTU/hr maximum per power supply

Maximum inrush current

Under typical line conditions and over the entire system ambient operating range, the inrush current may reach 25 A per power supply for 10 ms or less.

System battery

3.0-V lithium ion coin cell

I see 3.9-2.0A what does this mean exactly? It appears to be backwards...

It also mentions an inrush of 25A for 10ms, what is this exactly? What are the implications of this?
