Dell poweredge 2650 hangs on Post
Hello Everyone,
Someone gave me a Dell Poweredge 2650 Server.
It was incomplete, No rain, No HDD and only CPU 2
I have bought everything to make it run again. (1 CPU +heatsink and 12 GB of ddr1 ECC reg)
I have an issue, the server seems to post, but it hangs on to the second screen (after dell logo, see picture below)
The floppy drive led is lit , and the keyboard does not seems to respond (no Caps Lock led when i press the key)
When i remove the flopy drive and cd rom drive i get an error (Floppy 0 seek failure) but it still hangs after that error.
Does anybody here knows something about this issue ?

It does support 12GB (with updated BIOS), but I would take it to ONE CPU in slot 1, no memory and see if you get a 1-3-2 beep code. If so, add in one DIMM in slot 1 to start troubleshooting memory.

I have hitted F2 when i saw Setup : F2 (on the Dell logo screen)
i will keep you updated.

Hello everyone,
Sorry for taking so much time providing news , i don't have much spare time on my hand :/
I have reduced the server configuration to 1 cpu and 1 stick of ram.
Now he shows me some errors , i have searched on the internet but i have not finded anything useful :(
