Dell PowerEdge C5220 - 12 sled version - compatible RAM
Hi all,
I have a few Dell PowerEdge C5220 with 12 sled, and most are with 8GB so I'd like to upgrade the RAM.
As it's quite hard (or expensive) to get 1600MHZ DDR3L nowadays I was wondering if I can use a few 1333MHZ 16GB DIMMs (ECC, 1.35V VLP)
The issue is just the 16GB per DIMM. I now the CPU only accepts 32GB so I'd only be allowed to use 2 of these dimms but I'm wondering if the board accepts 2x16GB instead of 4x8GB.
Does anyone has experience in this?

Unfortunately we do not have any 16G DIMMs that been validated for the C5220:
