Dell PowerEdge M710HD won’t boot

So, I recently bought this Dell VRTX enclosure and blade at an auction. The enclosure works fine, and I believe I updated the CMC to the latest version; however, the pc itself won’t boot. After powering the enclosure I will try and power the PowerEdge, but every time the green light indicator flashes many times and doesn’t boot. Everything is getting power and working fine, the only thing I can think of is software installation issues, since the server came pre wiped from any existing software or installations. I’ve checked the driver page at dell’s website, and have already installed as much as I can, although for many of the updates I received a message saying that it failed. I know it would be easier to install the system drivers if I could get it to boot. Does anyone know what I’m missing to install for it to work, or if the issue is entirely different than what I expect?

what steps you have performed.

1. Trying to install OS ?

2. What is the current status of Server via IDRAC?

Hello,
I have not installed any OS on it yet. I was hoping to boot it into bios first. As it hasn’t booted yet I haven’t done anything except troubleshoot why it won’t work.

I have installed the latest CMC and other firmware, but I am not sure if I got everything I need.

for more context I am also getting four errors on the built in display. They are as follows:

critical the 5VBPB voltage is outside of range.

access to shared storage will not be available because the raid controller is unable to turn on

Warning, the storage power redundancy is nolonger available

No raid controllers have been detected.Access to shared storage will not be available.

Update:

After powering off and reseating most of the components all errors have disappeared; however, the PowerEdge still won’t post.

Update: After rigorously investigating the CMC I found that it was not reading the PERC8 card. I will attempt to reseat it or swap it to the secondary configuration to see if it resolves the problem.

Update:

After reseating the card I am confident that it is damaged since it is not being read in any position. Is it possible to run without it for now, and will a non functioning PERC8 card cause the system not to post bios?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell. First we need to check PERC and VRTX status from CMC. If you need more help you could attach screenshots and such. Wish you a good one.
