Dell PowerEdge R320 RAM Upgrade
I currently have Dell R320 server with 32GB(4*8GB) RAM configured. Now I want to upgrade the RAM for the maximum limit for best performance. What memories should I buy for that?
Obs. My current RAM memory references is: 8GB 2Rx8 PC3L-12800E-11-13-E3.

The largest dimm I am showing supported on the R320 is a 32gb (part #0R45J or JGGRT), those would be your best bet. Now I would also go over the memory guidelines laid out on page 40 here as well.
