i have a problem with my Dell PowerEdge Server PCIe Training Error Embedded NIC 1. Can anyone tell me the solution to this error? you can see the image for reference.

please check this conversation.

Probably there is an issue on the motherboard.

Try to remove all devices and peripherals and try to boot..
