Dell PowerEdge T320 pre installtion cd
Hi Sir/Mam,
Need to reinstall windows sbs 2011 standard to dell poweredge 320 server but i dont have the oem pre OS intallation cd. Where can I possibly download it. We badly need it is a production Server.

Since SBS 2011 is end of life we wouldn't have access to provide it, you can see if it is in your account portal downloads, if not then you would need to look at a 3rd party source like Technet.

You don't have the PRE OS installation disc? So, you aren't talking about the media to reinstall the actual OS, right? You are talking about the Dell installation utility to aid in installation?
If you are looking for the actual OS installation media, yeah you'll need to get that from some place like eBay.
Better yet, don't use SBS. It is dead next January anyway and SBS no longer exists in current Windows Server offerings.
