Dell poweredge t610 cpu upgrade

Am I limited to certain cpu's to upgrade to? I know they would have to fit the socket type (LGA1366), but any other stipulations? It currently has a  Xeon E5620. I ordered 2 Xeon W3670 and was curious if these would work.
