Dell r310 Memory upgrade
Currently has Samsung 4 x2GB Registered in slots 1,2,3,4 and working fine. I can get the information further. This RAM was stock from Dell running at 1.35V.
Trying to upgrade to Kingston KVR13LR9D4k4/32 running Hynik H5TC2G43CFR-H9A chips on a Xeon X3430 at 1.35V.
Any idea why these aren't working?

Good morning.
According to the specifications on the Kingston memory, it is dual rank; its listed as 2Rx4; this server only supports 8gb quad ranked RDIMM's. Here is the Dell part number and specification:
K075P 8GB RDIMM 1066 (QuadRank) DIMM,8G,1066,4RX8X72,8,240,REG
Here is the link for the technical guide for memory information, listed under 8.1:

Hi Geoff,
I checked around online and have been unable to find this memory module available really anywhere. Any chance Dell still sells these or you know where I can retrieve 4 sticks or a comparable type of memory? Looked around and finding this exact configuration of memory is extremely difficult.

Hello,
Please will any of these memory modules work on the R310?
