Dell R710 - Memory Configuration
I have an R710 configured at the moment with 48GB of ram with 4GB each memory. And it is arranged as follows in the sockets.
I have bought another six 4GB memories to complete the 18 sockets and have 72GB of RAM.

But when installing the last 2 ram modules in A9 and B9, when I turn on the server, it tells me that it does not detect memory in the POST

Hi,
Have you tried swapping A9 with B7?
Given that A9 and B9 are on different channels and the other RAM is detected fine usually means the grey square chips that control the power to the channels are probably OK. Still, to be sure, I would power off the server, unplug, hold the power button for 15 seconds, and examine those chips (do not tug on them). I had a motherboard shipped to me in the past with one of those chips barely making contact with the motherboard which caused many intermittent problems.
What does IDRAC show (if you have access), or the Lifecycle controller?
Best,
R
