There isn't a "cooler" for the server, it is designed to move airflow across the board to dissipate heat. If the fans are running all out I would first verify the cooling shroud is installed, as well as if there is a fan failure. Lastly I would be sure to update the BIOS and iDrac to current, as the iDrac is what controls the fans.

And if this method don't works how can I change the fan? (cause I don't find the right fan adapter)

try using the server2012 drivers.

Dell poweredge servers are built as a solution, there not designed to be modified.

you will have to either experiment or find someone who has done it.

It gives me a d6 file how can I install it?
