Disable integrated video PowerEdge 2800

Is it possible to upgrade the graphics/ video card (ATI Rage) on the Poweredge 2800? I know it is integrated onto the system board. Can it be disabled and another installed into a PCI slot?

You could install a video card at your own risk, but DELL does not supports Video Cards in this system.

I tried installing an additional video card and the machine hangs while booting. There must be a hardware conflict. Is there anyway to disable the integrated viedo card?
