EqualLogic does have their own support site, however, they don't have a user forum (strangely enough). Dell has an EMC forum here, so it seems to me as they now own EqualLogic, they should have a forum for the equipment here, too. I know I would use it, if they put an EQ engineer or support tech as a moderator.

I will second this. There is distinct lack of online resources where customers can share expereinces and information re the EqualLogic product range.
DurkinR - have you found anywhere else? eqlforums.com looks promising but there seems to be little activity...
