Flashing yellow light on drive 3

We have a PowerEdge 2400 and just noticed that Drive3 (last drive) the yellow light is flashing. We use this for a fileserver and are now moving all files to a new larger server. I know the yellow light is a caution but could someone let me know what it's doing.
