Hard Drive LED error on Poweredge 2900

We have a Poweredge 2900 with a 8 disc raid. & of the drives are raided and one is a hot spare. On drive 5 which is part of the raid there is a issue with the LED indicators. Both lights are permanently on. I know one should be to show the drive is online but this has both lights on permanently. I have used the Diagnostics software and it all returns positive results. All the other drives seem to be working OK with random flashing of the second light to show data being written. I have also checked the LED Error codes document and it does not mention anything about 2 lights being green and permanently on.
 
 
Does any one know what this could be ?

Hi, there seem to be no reference to what you're experiencing right now. My best advice, turn off the system and swap hard drive carriers. See if the problem follows the carrier. If that's so, call tech support and ask for your replacement carrier.
