How to have two displays using PowerEdge 1950
Hi,
I am trying to connect two monitors to my PowerEdge 1950, but apparently, the on-board graphic card doesn't allow that. So, I was wondering can I buy another graphic card, so I can have two separate displays? If yes, what would be the compatible graphic card? I found out that I should buy a PCI-E x1 graphics card, but does it work? I appreciate any help.
System config:
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5355 @ 2.66GHz, 2660 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
BaseBoard Version A03
Microsoft 10 X64

This would fall into the "it could/should work" category, but would definitely be an officially unsupported setup. I'm curious what you're trying to accomplish, 2 monitors showing the exact same image, or a windows like setup with extended displays on two monitors?
