IDRAC6 and bios update
Hi, I have an R410 that I would like to update as from what I can tell it is very outdated.
I have BIOS version 1.3.8 and IDRAC version 1.41 (build 13)
What would be the correct updating procedure?
Ideally updating IDRAC and leaving the bios alone as I have configured RAID's already stupidly I'm hoping to be able to use the remote console feature as my main priority.
Any help would be great,
thanks

It is not recommended to directly update latest FW very old FW. It is recommended to perform staged update progressively to reach latest FW. You can alter iDRAC and BIOS (iDRAC -> BIOS -> iDRAC -> BIOS etc.) update to reach latest. It is not necessary to update all FW available. You can skip one or two version in between.
You can refer below link for latest FW for iDRAC and BIOS. "Other Available Versions" section on below links have details and link for old FW
