Idrac9 License upgrade - Import Option is missing
When I try to update my idrac license using my xml file. I only have the option of Export and Learn More listed in the drop down choices on the Configuration-Licenses page (no import option). Should I factory default/reset the idrac before trying to import it? There was a previous trial license on it that expired long ago. Thanks for any heads up.

Second screenshot is not visible for me. Can you repost it. Please ensure screenshot does not gave dell service tag on it.
Can you share the server model and current iDRAC FW on it. You can also delete current evaluation license from iDRAC and try to import the new license

Can you share the details and what iDRAC firmware and license currently you have on the server? an you also share the screenshot of the license page with option. Ideally import option should be available on the first dropdown menu when you minimize the license section. Import option will not be available for individual license once you expanded the licenses section using + sign

I took two screenshots, one with the + sign not expanded and one with it expanded. As you can see the IMPORT choice is not there in either instance. Thanks for the help.

The second was an expanded screenshot with the + expanded. Same choices show up under select action as the 1st screenshot. The service tag was in the 2nd pic which is probably why it didnt stay up. Where is the choice to delete the license located?

The server is a T430 the firmware on the Idrac is 5.10

My bad I figured out how to delete the one that was in there. I will mark your delete solution as the one that got me to this point. Thanks Shine!

After deleting existing license are you able to import new license?
