Interoperability issues between Nexus 5k and Qlogic 41112
Hi,
We are trying to install a VMware ESXi 6.7 server with a Dell PowerEdge R640 server with a 10G QL41112 network adapter.
We want to connect this server to a Cisco Nexus 2332PP (extender FEX) / Nexus 5548UP (switch)
And we have this problem, the switch interface is in the connected state and the server interface is in the disconnected state.
We haven't this problem on a Cisco Catalyst 3650 10G switch.
Do you have a solution ?

Hello
If the switch interface is showing connected then I would perform a show on the interface to see what the link speed negotiated. If it did not negotiate to the expected speed then you could try setting the speed.
