Is the 80546K Xeon Irwindale processor 64bit?

I have a PowerEdge 2850 I need to install Windows Server 2003 on.  I'm just trying to figure out if it's 64bit so I can go with the x64 version.  My Dell order sheet shows:

 

Quantity Parts #   Part Description

1            C8508     PROCESSOR, 80546K, 3.0G, 2M, XEON IRWINDALE, 800, N0

 

I've googled the 80546K but can't for the life of me figure out of it's x64.  Thanks!
