issue in dell r720 configuring memory

The Dell PowerEdge R720 server is experiencing issues during memory configuration. The system either fails to detect newly installed DIMMs, reports memory errors at POST, or does not boot properly due to an invalid or unsupported memory setup.

    Shloka School,

Would you confirm some details for me?

What is the part number for the dimms installed?

How many CPUs do you have installed?

What slots are the dimms installed in?

Have you tried taking the system to its minimum memory (dimm in A1, for single cpu or dimm in A1 and B1 for dual CPU) to see if the issue continues?

Is the server up to date on BIOS, iDrac, perc, etc?

Let me know and we can go from there.
