Network card compatibility

Hi,

We have both servers R740 and R740XD in the current environment and would like to install additional network cards into the system.

So, would like to know if this 1G network card is compatible with R740 and R740XD.

1) Intel(R) Gigabit ET Dual Port Server Adapter(PN: 1P8D1)

2) Intel 82572 PRO/1000 PT Server Adapter
