Omsa voltage err message..
Can someone please tell me what this error message means?
This is from the OMSA logs on a PE 2650
ESM ROMB PK Volt voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable event (0.0 V)
ESM ROMB PK Volt voltage sensor detected a failure (0.24 V)
ESM ROMB PK Volt voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable event (0.0 V)
ESM ROMB PK Volt voltage sensor detected a failure (0.24 V)
ESM ROMB PK Volt voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable event (0.0 V)
ESM ROMB PK Volt voltage sensor detected a failure (0.24 V)

This message relates to your raid on board battery module.
If you open array mange and right click on the perc icon, it may give you the option the recondition your battery. if yes, try it but after hours as it disables the cache.
If not then a call to Dell tech is required to get the battery changed.
The battery is located on the right hand side just in front of the power supplies, it is in a blue plastic casing.
