PCI Bios Failed to install on reboot....

I just put a new 1ghz CPU into this dell - HOWEVER - i did not turn the system on as the heat sink that came on this CPU did not fit.

upon putting the riser card? back into cpu slot 2 and rebooting this dell poweredge 2400 i get

PCI bios failed to install

hit F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup  - it then says it can not find any boot devices if i hit F1.

There are no PCI card in any slots, nor did i touch or remove any hard drives..

Any help is appreciated!

Upon hitting ctrl+A afer it says pCI BIOS failed to install - it does not show any of my SCSI drives - it seems the board the SCSI drives plug into is not showing up?

It does show the NEC SCSI cdrom drive though....

I assume if i flash the bios  or clear the cmos (if that is possible?) i will lose my raid 0 array? - yes, silly me - set up a raid 0 array as i needed more then 76g of HD space.
