PE R730 Unresponsive same time every day

Hello, We have a PowerEdge R730.  And pretty much every night around the same time the OS becomes completely unresponsive.  We cannot access it by any means through the network or bring the screen back up to log in from console.  Looking at iDrac it shows power usage locked at 148W and the CPU usage at 100% and SYS usage 96%.  To bring the server back online we have to power cycle it.

OS Event logs indicate that it is still running during this time with many entries of failed events due to lack of system resources.

When we do power cycle the server it takes the OS about a half an hour to boot.  When we first deployed this the OS boot time was a few minutes.  Our initial thought is a hard drive issue due to the long boot time so we have replaced the OS drives.

The server runs Windows Server 2019 with System Center Data Protection Manager 2019.  It is our Backup system so does most of it's heavy load in the evening.

Any Idea's on what to look at next would be helpful, cause I have no idea at this point.

Hi,
How about we consider these:
1. Open Task manager and see what takes up resources
2. during that "unresponsive time window" did you happen to schedule anything to run? If so you can pause and see if the symptom still exists.
3. Turn on Safe mode to see the issue still exists. If so it would more likely be a H/W issue rather than an OS.
We hope this helps.
