PE3250 Serial Port Question

I need to connect the RJ45 serial ports on our 3 PE3250's to a "USB Octal Serial Adapter" made by VScom. The connection will be used for debugging the Windows Server 2003 operating system and a storage management application my group develops.

 

The adapter has male DB9 type connector ports. All of our other servers use a standard serial cable with DB9 connectors on both ends.

 

Does anyone have experience setting these up for 3250's? Is there a specific cable or an adapter that can be used to connect the DB9 connector on the cables to the RJ45 port on the 3250?
