Poweredge 1750 I/O question

If someone can take a look at this spec sheet for the 1750 rack server and clarifiy exactly how the PCI (I/O) slots are set up I would be very greatfull.

QUESTION: Does the standard 1750 come with two PCI slots that can be switched between running one as a 64 bit PCI (old style) slot and one as a PCI-X slot via some kind of jumper or whatever or must these be ordered that way from Dell?

I ask because I need a machine that has this old style PCI slot running 64bit and this is not easy to come by these days.
