Poweredge 2600 stuck after PERC test

HELP . .

I have a Dell Poweredge 2600 server and I am currently running SBS 2003

it is a Dual core 2,4 xeon 1024 mb ram bios version A10

After a reboot my server is stuck in bios.

When I press the power button I get a bootsplash, after this it tells me a lot of information.

Then it gets to the perc test, runs trough this, and closes with the message to press control m to run config utill.

And this is where he is stuck . . .

Nothing else is going on anymore, no respons to keyboard, nothing anymore . .

 

Does anyone know what is going on here . . ???
