Poweredge FN410t modules broke?

Question

Hello,Yesterday while working on my lab I lost internet connectivity, I went downstairs, checked my sled & noticed the LEDs were off on both FN410t's with no connectivity. I checked the CMC & now I'm seeing big red x's & I am unable to powercycle them in the CMC. I tried booting the entire sled, I tried reseating them. I tried reseating the PSUs as well. I've ensured the CMC is up to date - I don't think there's another patch for this anyway. Short of replacing them, I'm at a loss.  Please help.I have a FX2s Chassis with 2 FC630s and 2 FD332s.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell. I'm thinking if you can't access to FN410t in CMC you will need to reseat it or replace with a new one.
