PowerEdge M420 Sleeve

Morning,

I am having an issue with one of the blade being STUCK in the sleeve. It wont come out at all. I figure one of the heat sinker probably came out or the plastic that holding it in place has fall out.

Is there a way to be able to remove it without closing the whole server, removing the back panel, remove the fans and so on for just accessing that specific blade from the sleeve that is stuck?

Sadly the blade is located right under the pull down lever of the sleeve that remove all of the 4 blades out all in the same time.
