Hello somebody know if poweredge r310 working with any Intel Core i7 Socket LGA1156 ?Thanks

Probably not ... they are not configurable with them on the website.  They can be configured with the i3 and the more powerful X3400 series (4-core/8-thread).  Assuming the likely fact that they don't support them now, watch the BIOS release notes for upcoming BIOS updates to possibly add support for the i7.
